Everyone talks about themselves for 1 minute, fixes their task/problem, it can be just a hypothesis for discussion. Next, in turn, everyone says their question and receives feedback from each participant (1 minute each). The moderator controls the timing. So in 10 minutes you can disassemble 1 case or 8 cases in 1.5 hours.

Discussion on a selected case, which is proposed by the participants themselves (it can be both a business case and a case on a personal topic). Meetings are conducted by a professional moderator. He/she monitors whether all the rules have been followed and promotes the development of the level of trust between the participants in each other, as this is the basis of the Peer-to-Peer format

Excursions to the most famous companies in the country, where members and candidates of the club can see how they work in practice, get to know the management, learn more about business processes, approaches of leading brands and further apply this experience in their business. Companies already visited by participants: Nova Poshta, Shabo, MacPaw, OLX, Biosphere, Unit and others

Regular meetings for current and potential participants (can also be breakfast or dinner). Participants get to know each other, share experiences, cases, tell who does what, and find people close to them in terms of values, areas of business, hobbies, and interests. A great opportunity to find new friends, partners, investors, contractors.

Joint leisure time of Club members and their families. Usually, meetings are initiated by Club members based on their interests. For example, we organize meetings to play soccer, volleyball, basketball, board games, mafia, jogging, golf, tennis, yoga and even dance together.

2-4 people sit down at a table, choose a mentor independently. After some time, some of the participants move to other tables in order to reach more new acquaintances. You don't have to wait for the next lunch, you can write to your business manager and he will select a participant or several participants with whom you can go for breakfast/lunch/dinner and discuss an important issue for you.
